Legal
Terms of use
Effective date: 10 October 2026. Version 0.4.
These terms govern your use of quantumthrivehub.com and any account you create on it. They are a legal agreement between you and us, so please read them.
If you buy something from us, the Terms of sale govern that purchase. These terms govern everything else: browsing, your account, and how you may and may not use the site.
1. Who we are
Robert Russell, a sole proprietor trading as QuantumThrive Hub, of U37 Stonewood Estate, 3 Macbeth Avenue, Fourways, 2191, South Africa. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Robert Russell, trading as QuantumThrive Hub. “You” means the person using the site.
Contact: support@quantumthrivehub.com
2. Accepting these terms
By using the site or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or to buy from us. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian creates the account and buys for you, and you may complete the intake they send you.
3. What the site is for
The site describes and sells our services, and gives account holders access to their Eigenprint Type and to what they have bought.
The content on the site is provided for general information. It is not personal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Please read our Disclaimer and scope of service, which sets out what our work is, what it is not, and the basis on which it is provided. It forms part of these terms.
4. Your account
4.1 Creating an account
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current. You may hold one account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
4.2 Keeping it secure
You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere. Do not share it. Tell us immediately at support@quantumthrivehub.com if you think someone else has access.
We store passwords hashed. We cannot read your password, we will never ask you for it, and we will never email it to you. Any message asking you for your password is not from us.
4.3 What your account holds
Your account holds your email address, your order history and your purchased artefacts. It does not hold your intake answers, your date of birth or any optional demographic information you gave us. Those are held separately, as described in our Privacy notice.
4.4 Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from the account area, or by writing to support@quantumthrivehub.com. Closing your account does not automatically delete every record we hold, because some records must be kept for tax reasons. Our Privacy notice sets out what is kept and for how long, and how to ask for deletion.
Download anything you want to keep before you close your account. We keep a copy of your artefact for three years and can resend it, but do not rely on that as your only copy.
4.5 Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised access, or if we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where we cannot, we will tell you as soon as we are able.
If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund anything you have paid for and not yet received.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not:
-
Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
-
Copy, scrape, mine, or systematically extract content from it.
-
Resell, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit anything you receive from us, except as clause 6 permits.
-
Reverse engineer our method, our prompts or our templates, or use our materials to build or train a competing product or an artificial intelligence model.
-
Interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or introduce anything malicious.
-
Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to any person or organisation.
-
Submit anything to us that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes another person’s rights.
-
Attempt to access another person’s account or any part of the site you are not authorised to reach.
If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at support@quantumthrivehub.com before telling anyone else. We will not pursue you for reporting responsibly.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Ours
The site, its content, our brand, our method, our question sets, our prompts, our templates and the structure and design of our artefacts belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
6.2 Yours
What you write in our forms remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it for: building your artefact, running your account, and answering your questions.
6.3 What you may do with an artefact you have bought
Your artefact is licensed to you for your own personal use, and for sharing with people advising you personally, such as a coach, a mentor or a family member.
You may not publish it, sell it, distribute it, or use it as a template or training material. The full licence terms are in clause 12 of the Terms of sale.
6.4 Testimonials and content you send us
If you send us a testimonial, review or case study material, we will only use it publicly with your written consent, and only in the way you agreed to. You may withdraw that consent for future use at any time by writing to support@quantumthrivehub.com.
7. Third-party content and links
We link to third-party sites and tools, including our payment provider. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Read their terms and privacy notices before using them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. If we withdraw something you have paid for, clause 4.5 applies.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot be contracted out of.
Subject to that:
-
We are not liable for any loss you suffer because you relied on general content on the site. Our Disclaimer and scope of service explains what our content is and is not.
-
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.
-
Where we are liable in connection with your use of the site and you have not bought anything from us, our total liability is limited to R 1 000,00.
-
Where you have bought from us, the limitation in clause 15 of the Terms of sale applies instead.
10. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie and tracking notice explains what we set on your device and how you control it. Both form part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top tell you which version applies. If a change materially affects you, we will notify account holders by email.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, close your account.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by South African law. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court, without that limiting our right to bring proceedings in a higher court.
If you are a consumer resident outside South Africa, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada or Australia, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
Please raise any dispute with us first at support@quantumthrivehub.com. Most things resolve in an email. The full complaints route is in our Refund, revision and cancellation policy.
14. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it. These terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another entity, including a company we incorporate to carry on this business. Your rights are not affected.
