Robert Russell, a career and identity coach at QuantumThrive Hub, writes your artefact by hand. That artefact is called a build. There are two builds. The focused build gives you a written portrait of how you think and work. Your work, business or studies are then scored for how well they fit that portrait. Your three best directions follow, best first.
The comprehensive build keeps all of that and adds what is stopping you from changing direction, and the right year to make the change.
Both builds use the Eigenprint Method, which is the way Robert reads you through lenses. A lens is one way of looking at a person. The focused build uses three lenses and the comprehensive build uses four.
What is in it
The focused build
Your Eigenprint Type, Eigenprint Path and Eigenprint Sky are read together as one profile rather than three separate lenses. Your work, business or studies are then scored against that profile on five weighted dimensions, with the reasoning shown. Cognitive fit, preference match and environment fit count for 25 percent each. Development runway counts for 15 percent and impact potential for 10 percent.
From there you get your three best directions, drawn from your profile first and from what you say you want second. Each is scored the same way and ranked against the others. You also get a role-fit chart and a twelve-month transition roadmap in phases.
The same scoring covers where you are now and every direction, which is what makes the ranking a comparison and not an opinion.
Scores are worked out fresh for you and never carried across from anyone else’s build.

What exactly is a build?
A build is the written artefact Robert makes for you from your intake answers and your session. It holds up to four separate lenses on who you are, and a synthesis that reads them together as one portrait. It also scores how well your work, business or studies fit that portrait. Robert builds every one himself, and there is no automated version on sale.
How long does it take?
A focused build takes five working days and a comprehensive build takes ten, counted from the day you finish the in-depth questionnaire. Robert writes each one by hand.
The free Eigenprint Type Assessment is quicker. Your Eigenprint Type shows as soon as you finish it, and Robert’s customised assessment of your answers arrives within two business days.
If a build will be late, Robert tells you before the due date and gives you the new date.
If I buy the focused build first, does it count toward the comprehensive build later?
No. The comprehensive build is not the focused build with pages added on top.
Eigenprint Name is a fourth lens, and it gets synthesised into the whole portrait. It is not bolted onto three lenses already read together. The roadmap, the timing work and the overlays all come from that fuller synthesis. Doing it properly means running the synthesis again with all four lenses in it. That is close to the same work as starting fresh.
So there is no credit. A focused build followed later by a comprehensive build costs both prices in full. Buying the comprehensive build outright, the first time, is the cheaper route if you already suspect you want the fuller picture.
