I loved my career mapping session with Robert. I went into it feeling uncertain about my next step, with a lot of different interests, ambitions and ideas in my head. Somehow he pulled all of those threads together into one picture that made sense.

What stood out most was how seen and heard I felt. It felt personal, not like a generic career assessment trying to slot me into a job title. Robert took the time to understand what matters to me. He asked about the work I find meaningful and the strengths that come naturally to me. Robert also asked about the lifestyle I want, my money goals and what I want my career to make possible.

The career mapping gave me words and structure for things I had always sensed about myself but could not explain.
