For corporate professionals
The package is the reason you stay and the reason you cannot leave.
You are good at this, which is what makes it hard. You are three promotions in, with a bond, school fees and a package that took twelve years to build. If you are honest, you do not want to be doing this in five years. The internal move changed your manager. A recruiter offered the same role at a different company. A restructure is coming, and part of you is hoping it decides for you.
None of that is indecision. You are facing a hard choice with real constraints, and you need an answer that respects them instead of telling you to follow your passion.
What we do
We map who you are, then score what you are doing against it.
QuantumThrive Hub builds you a Career Identity Artefact. It comes in two sizes, called builds, and holds three or four separate lenses on who you are, synthesised into one portrait. It also holds an honest score of how well your current position fits that portrait. You get the portrait and the score. What you do with them is your decision.
How it works
How the method works
Your Career Identity Artefact draws on three or four separate lenses on who you are, each one done independently, then synthesised into a single portrait.
Eigenprint Type is our own assessment of how you work: how you take in information, how you decide, how you organise and how you hold up under pressure. You can stop with your Eigenprint Type. On its own, a type describes how you think and make choices, but it will not tell you what to do about them. QuantumThrive Hub reads it alongside further lenses, then weighs them together rather than reporting separate results.
The artefact then scores your current position against that portrait on five measures, so you leave with a number as well as a description. The full method, including what each lens is, where it comes from and what it does not claim, is set out on the method page.
Two builds
Two builds
A build is the personal artefact you receive. Robert Russell, who founded QuantumThrive Hub, makes each one by hand, for one person at a time.
The focused build answers one question, which direction you should go in. Your Eigenprint is your identity signature, made of four lenses. The focused build uses three of them:
- Your Eigenprint Type comes from our free Eigenprint Type Assessment of how you work.
- Eigenprint Path is a number worked out from your birth date.
- Eigenprint Sky is also worked out from your birth date. It places you at one of twelve points in a cycle.
Then the focused build compares where you are now with the three directions that suit you best, using five measures.
The comprehensive build answers three questions: which direction you should go in, what is stopping you, and which year is right to make a change. It adds the fourth lens, based on your name, and a check on which years suit a change.
The readout
Alignment score
An example reading. Your score is unique to you.
The Structure Setter, Foundation Cluster. Three promotions in, good at the job, and not planning to still be here in five years.
- Cognitive fit, 25% of the total
- 8 out of 10
- Preference match, 25% of the total
- 3 out of 10
- Environment fit, 25% of the total
- 5 out of 10
- Development runway, 15% of the total
- 8 out of 10
- Impact potential, 10% of the total
- 2 out of 10
- Alignment
- 5.40 out of 10
What the number says: being good at the work and wanting it are two different scores, and here they sit five apart. A development runway of 8 means the money is there to make a move.
Who you will work with
Who builds it
Robert Russell builds every artefact himself. He is a certified Ikigai, life and career coach, and he came to coaching from the work this site is about: entrepreneurship, business development and corporate delivery, with ITIL and Six Sigma along the way. He has run businesses of his own and he has held a role inside a corporate. Many people reading this are in one of those two places now.
The method shows its working. Each lens is named with where it comes from and what it cannot tell you, every score is worked out fresh for you with the reasoning on the page, and where the evidence disagrees with what you told him, the artefact says so. You are trusting a practitioner you can look up and a method you can read, and the method page sets out what it does not claim.
Doubts you may have
What you might be thinking
“I already know what I would rather do. I just cannot afford to do it”
That is a sequencing problem rather than a clarity problem, and it is a common one at your stage.
The artefact scores where you are now, which gives you a baseline. The comprehensive build takes the pathway you named, scores it honestly against that baseline, prices the enabling steps in rand, and stages them so the move is survivable. Where the honest answer is that the pathway does not work on your constraints, you get told that, with the reason.
“I have already moved once. It changed nothing”
The MBA answered a question nobody was asking. Changing your situation did not answer who you are, and another change like that will not either.
The artefact starts with who you are. Then it scores your current position against that answer, and scores the alternatives the same way. You test a move on paper before you test it with your notice period.
Questions you may have
Will my employer find out?
No. This is a private purchase, your intake is confidential, and nothing is shared with anyone, including your employer. QuantumThrive Hub sells to individuals only, so there is no arrangement with any company under which your details could reach one.

Start with the free Eigenprint Type Assessment
The Eigenprint Type Assessment is free, and you can finish it in one sitting. You create an account and answer short questions about what you did in real situations, such as how you replied to messages over the last month. As soon as you finish, you see your Eigenprint Type: a first read of how you take in information, decide, organise and hold up under pressure.
Robert Russell, a career and identity coach at QuantumThrive Hub, then reads your answers. He writes you a customised assessment that goes further than your Type, and it arrives in your account within two business days. The customised assessment is free too.
The free assessment lets you see whether a build is for you before you pay anything. A build is the paid artefact Robert writes for you by hand. The focused build adds two lenses from your birth date. The comprehensive build also adds a lens on your name and when to make your next move in your studies, work or business. After your free result, you can book a coaching session with Robert, and you choose your build with him there.
Who it is not for
Who this is not for
Anyone who wants help finding a job. QuantumThrive Hub does not place people in jobs, write CVs or coach for interviews.
Anyone who needs clinical support. This is coaching. If your situation needs a registered professional, such as a psychologist, Robert tells you so and refers you where that helps.
Anyone who wants to be told what to do. The artefact gives you a portrait, a score and reasoning. The decision stays with you.
