Terms of sale

Effective date: 10 October 2026. Version 0.4.

These are the terms on which we sell you the Career Identity Artefact and coaching sessions. Please read them before you pay. By paying, you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

Robert Russell, a sole proprietor trading as QuantumThrive Hub, of U37 Stonewood Estate, 3 Macbeth Avenue, Fourways, 2191, South Africa.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Robert Russell, trading as QuantumThrive Hub, and “you” means the person buying.

2. Information we are required to give you before you buy

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 requires us to give you certain information before you conclude an electronic transaction with us. It is set out in this clause and in the disclosure panel on the page where you buy.

3. What you must confirm before buying

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years or older.

  • If you are buying for someone under 18, you are the young person’s parent or guardian.

  • The information you give us, or that the young person gives us, in particular the date of birth and Eigenprint Type, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • You are buying for yourself, or for a young person as their parent or guardian, in your personal capacity, and not for resale.

  • You have read our Disclaimer and scope of service and understand what this product is and is not.

4. What you are buying

The Career Identity Artefact is a personalised written document, presented as a designed PDF. It is built from the answers you give us at intake, and you buy it as one of two builds.

The focused build answers one question: which direction you should go in. It reads three frameworks together as one profile. Eigenprint Type is a personality framework. Eigenprint Path is worked out from your date of birth as a number’s position in a count. Eigenprint Sky is worked out from your date of birth as a position in a twelve-part cycle. The build scores your current role against that profile on five weighted dimensions. It gives you your three best-fit directions, each scored on the same dimensions and ranked. It sets out a twelve-month transition plan in phases, with a role-fit chart.

The comprehensive build covers everything in the focused build. It adds a fourth framework, Eigenprint Name, which traces your full name to its roots. It adds the timing work, which places your plan against your Personal Year, and against your Midheaven where a confirmed birth time exists. It also covers how your work, money, lifestyle and relationships feed into each other. You also get costed upskilling, specialist support where your answers call for it, the full chart set and a printable summary.

Robert Russell builds every artefact himself and uses AI as a drafting tool. He reads the whole artefact before it is sent to you. Our page How we use AI and human review explains exactly how.

A coaching session is a session with Robert Russell, held at a date and time we agree with you. Coaching sessions are not included in either build. Each session is bought and charged separately.

What it is not. It is not a psychological or psychometric assessment. It is not administered or interpreted by a registered psychologist. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or tax advice. It does not predict the future. Our Disclaimer and scope of service sets this out in full, and it forms part of these terms.

5. Price

The price is the one shown in South African rand on the payment screen, for the build or session you choose, before you pay. It is the full price. There are no additional fees, charges or taxes added by us.

Currency. Our payment provider charges in South African rand only. If your card was issued outside South Africa, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee. That fee is between you and your bank, and we do not receive it. If you would rather not incur it, please check with your card issuer before buying.

Sales tax and other local taxes. We are a South African supplier and we do not currently collect United States state or local sales tax, value added tax outside South Africa, or any equivalent local tax. Depending on where you live, you may have your own obligation to account for tax on this purchase. If that changes for us, we will show it on the price before you pay.

Value added tax. We are not currently registered for value added tax, and no VAT is charged. If that changes we will say so on the price.

Changes. We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to you is the one displayed when you pay.

No credit between builds. A focused build is not credited against the price of a comprehensive build. If you buy a focused build and later buy a comprehensive build, you pay the full price of each. If you already expect to want the comprehensive build, buying it first is the cheaper route.

6. Payment

Payment is by card through our payment provider. Your order is accepted when your payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation. If your payment fails, no contract is formed.

We do not receive, process or store your card details.

7. What happens after you pay

1. You are redirected to our intake form.

2. You complete the intake. Your order does not begin until we have a complete intake submission, because we cannot build the artefact without your answers.

3. Robert Russell builds your artefact.

4. He reads the whole artefact before it is sent.

5. We email it to you from robertr@quantumthrivehub.com. Please add that address to your contacts and check your junk, spam and promotions folders.

If you do not complete the intake. We will remind you by email. If we have had no complete intake from you after 30 days, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, less the payment processing fee, which we do not recover.

8. Delivery

We deliver a focused build within five working days, and a comprehensive build within ten working days, of receiving your complete intake submission. The count starts on the day your last answers reach us. A working day is Monday to Friday, other than a South African public holiday.

If we miss that, tell us at support@quantumthrivehub.com. We will give you a firm delivery time, and if we miss that too, you may cancel and receive a full refund. This is in addition to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Delivery is electronic, to the email address you gave us. It is your responsibility to give us a working address and to check your junk and spam folders. If the email bounces we will try once more and then contact you on the telephone number you gave us.

9. Cancellation and cooling off

The focused build and the comprehensive build. The Career Identity Artefact is a digital product made to your specification and clearly personalised to you. Section 42 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 excludes goods made to a consumer’s specification, and goods that are clearly personalised, from the seven-day cooling-off right in section 44.

Before you submit your intake, you may cancel either build for a full refund. Nothing has been built, so nothing has been lost.

After delivery, the position, the free correction we offer instead, and the rights that survive regardless, are all set out in our Refund, revision and cancellation policy. That policy forms part of these terms and it is worth reading before you buy.

A coaching session. If you buy a coaching session online, you may cancel it within seven days of paying, for a full refund. That right falls away once the session has taken place within those seven days at your request. After the seven days, if you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, we refund it less a 20% administrative fee, or you may move it to a new date. A session already held is not refunded. 10. Accuracy of what you tell us

Your artefact is built from what you tell us. If your date of birth or your Eigenprint Type is wrong, parts of your artefact will be wrong.

Please check your intake before you submit it. If you spot a mistake afterwards, tell us at support@quantumthrivehub.com as soon as you can. If you tell us before we deliver, we correct it and there is no charge. If you tell us within 14 days of delivery, we correct the information and rebuild the affected part at no charge.

11. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information.

  • Answer the career questions honestly. Your own honesty is the main determinant of how useful your artefact is, and we would rather tell you that than flatter you.

  • Do not include health information, financial account details, another person’s personal information, or anything else sensitive in the free-text answers. We do not need it and we would rather not hold it.

12. Intellectual property and your licence

We own the method, the frameworks as we apply them, the question sets, the prompts, the templates, the design and the structure of the artefact, and everything on our site.

You own what you wrote in the intake.

On full payment we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your artefact for your own personal purposes, including sharing it with people who advise you personally.

You may not publish it, sell it, licence it, distribute it, make it publicly available, use it commercially, use it as a template, or use it to train or develop any artificial intelligence model or competing product. You may not remove the footer or the notices from it.

If you breach this clause we may terminate the licence, and clause 15 does not limit what we may recover.

13. Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us at intake, and in any session, as confidential. We do not disclose it except as our Privacy notice describes, or where the law requires it.

We will only use your name, your story or your results publicly with your written consent, and only as you agreed.

14. Our commitments to you

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded; or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill.

Subject to that, and because of the nature of what we sell:

  • Our artefacts are guidance, not advice, and not instructions. Decisions you make about your career, your business, your finances or your life remain yours. We are not responsible for the outcome of a decision you take, whether or not our artefact informed it.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or wasted expenditure.

  • Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We recommend that you read our Disclaimer and scope of service, which explains the basis on which the artefact is provided and why this clause is drafted as it is.

16. Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, including failure of a third-party provider we depend on. If it lasts more than 14 days, either of us may cancel and we will refund you in full.

17. Complaints and disputes

Step one. Email support@quantumthrivehub.com. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge within two business days and respond substantively within 15 business days.

Step two. If you are not satisfied, ask for a second look. Robert Russell, as the owner, reviews the matter again himself and answers within a further 15 business days.

Step three. If it is still unresolved, you may refer the matter to the National Consumer Commission, or to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, or take it to court. If your complaint concerns personal information, you may complain to the Information Regulator. Contact details are in our Privacy notice.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from going to court at any time.

18. Cession and assignment

We may cede, assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another entity, including a company incorporated to carry on this business. Your rights under these terms are not affected. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

19. Governing law

South African law governs these terms. The courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court, without limiting our right to bring proceedings in a higher court.

If you are a consumer resident outside South Africa, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada or Australia, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

20. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy notice, the Refund, revision and cancellation policy, our page How we use AI and human review, the Disclaimer and scope of service and the Terms of use, are the whole agreement between us about your purchase.
